Typical price range
Many end-of-tenancy cleans fall between roughly £150 and £450, but large, heavily soiled or furnished properties can cost more. Quotes should be based on bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area and condition rather than bedrooms alone.
Frequently priced as extras
Ask whether the fixed price includes:
- Oven and appliance interiors
- Carpet or upholstery extraction
- External windows
- Balconies, garages and conservatories
- Waste removal
Inventory and re-clean terms
Share the check-out inventory where possible and ask how quickly any missed items must be reported. A re-clean promise is not the same as guaranteeing return of the deposit.
Prices are broad UK planning estimates, not quotations. Actual charges vary by location, urgency, scope, access, materials and provider. Always review the confirmed price and terms before work starts.
